Independent sourcing service. HarborField Sourcing is not boxx modular. It does not claim authorized dealer status and is not an affiliate.

HarborField Sourcing terms of service

These terms cover use of the HarborField Sourcing website and the inquiry form at /service/feedback.act. They are a service description for business visitors. They are not a construction contract, a design agreement, a dealer appointment, or a purchase order for a building.

Independent role

HarborField Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. It helps a business buyer describe a modular, portable, or steel building requirement and request quotations from other parties. It is not boxx modular. It does not claim authorized dealer status and is not an affiliate of that brand. A page that discusses a brand search is still this desk, not the brand official presence.

What a submission is

A submission is a request to organize questions and factory quotations. It does not reserve inventory, create a price, or accept a scope. Product names on the site are inquiry options. They are not a statement of stock, a signed plant, or a certificate that an alternative matches a referenced model.

Your brief

You are responsible for the use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination, timing, and scope tag you send. If you add an optional budget, state the currency and whether the figure is per module, per building, or for the whole order. Supplier preference labels such as premium, mid-range, budget, or undecided are your preference. They are not a verified rating of any factory.

Quotations and documents

Prices, lead times, drawings, calculations, and certificates come from the parties who issue them. HarborField Sourcing does not adopt those statements as its own. Shell, delivered, installed, and turnkey replies are different purchases. Comparing them as one number is outside these terms. Code compliance is not granted by this website. IBC, IRC, HUD Code, ASCE 7, AISC 360, AWS D1.1, IAS AC472, and ISO 9001 references are reading aids, not credentials of this desk.

Limits

The desk does not provide structural engineering, architecture, legal advice, or permit services through these pages. Site safety, crane plans, and foundation design stay with the parties licensed for that work. To the extent the law allows, liability for sourcing coordination is limited to direct damages arising from the coordination itself and does not include the cost of a building, delay on a project, or a quotation issued by a third party.

Acceptable use

Do not use the form to impersonate a brand, to request the original brand product as if this desk sold it, or to submit unlawful content. The site may decline a brief that lacks a business purpose or that asks the desk to invent test data, loads, or certifications.

Changes

These terms may be updated by posting a revised page. The version you see when you submit the form is the version that applies to that submission. Questions about the terms can be sent through the contact form with the word terms in the requirement field.
