HarborField Sourcing and the independent brief
HarborField Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for business buyers who start with a boxx modular search and need alternative buildings quoted on one basis. The desk is not boxx modular, does not claim authorized dealer status, and is not an affiliate.
There is no plant history on this page because the desk does not own a factory. Capacity, warranty years, and customer counts published by other companies stay with those companies.

Procurement stages, not a company chronology
The marks below are the order of a sourcing file. They are not founding years, and they are not milestones of a manufacturer.
Lock geometry and use
Footprint, eave height, bay spacing, clear span, room count, and relocatable or permanent intent are written once and reused on every request. If the buyer already has them, record 14 ft eave height, 20 ft bay spacing, and a 40 ft clear span as site numbers, not as defaults from this desk.
Ask for the same scope
Each factory is asked to tag shell, delivered, installed, or turnkey, and to price freight, tax, foundation, and utilities as separate lines.
Read documents against the site
Drawings, calculations, coating notes, and any ISO 9001 or IAS AC472 statement are checked for the quoted system and the project jurisdiction. A homepage mark is not acceptance.
Hand the comparison back
The buyer keeps the award, the contract, and the decision to accept a substitution. HarborField Sourcing stops at organizing the file unless a later written assignment says otherwise.
Responsibilities the desk will and will not take
Write the question list
Missing wind speed, ground snow load, or seismic design category is marked missing. The desk does not fill those cells with a typical value.
Keep scope labels visible
A quotation that excludes the crane lift plan stays labeled that way in the comparison, even if the unit price looks short.
Separate code paths
Modular building review, manufactured housing under the HUD Code, and a recreational-vehicle standard are not treated as the same approval.
Name the quoting party
The supplier who prices the work is identified in the reply. HarborField Sourcing is not written into that role by default.
Pass optional budget notes
A USD amount or range can say per module or whole order. The note is a buyer target, not a price the desk has already obtained.
Decline invented proof
No customer quotation, no audited plant count, and no affiliation letter is created to make the page look established.
Send the brief to the independent desk
Use the contact form for the specification, the quantity, the destination, and the delivery window. Factory quotations come back against that text, not against a brand slogan.
