Contact HarborField Sourcing

The contact page is the written path for a building brief. HarborField Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. It is not boxx modular and does not claim authorized dealer status. A message here requests factory quotations for alternative buildings.

Brief channel

No street address, telephone switchboard, or public mailbox is published, because none has been verified for this desk. Use the form on this page. Put the specification in the requirement field.

What to include

Use, footprint, eave height, project location, code jurisdiction, wind speed, ground snow load, seismic design category if known, quantity, destination, timing, and a shell, delivered, installed, or turnkey tag. Example units to keep consistent are mph, psf, and feet. A sample that is still only an example would read 115 mph, 30 psf ground snow, and seismic design category C, replaced by the project values.

What happens next

The desk reads the brief, asks for missing scope lines, and requests factory quotations on that written basis. A same-day price is not offered from this page, and no countdown is attached to the optional sourcing note.

How the file is handled

Illustration of a sourcing desk reviewing module drawings
  1. You send one requirement. Optional budget and supplier preference ride with that submit only.
  2. The desk checks product form, quantity, destination, and the scope tag before asking factories for numbers.
  3. Replies are lined up on the same exclusions. You keep the award decision.

Related reading sits on the Specification Center and the scope review. Product names can be chosen from Product Systems and will open the compact inquiry window, which is a shorter dialog than this page.

If the project is still choosing between a volumetric module and a panelized pack, say so in the requirement field and give the transport limit you already know. A rigid frame alternative needs clear span, eave height, and bay spacing. Do not convert a tool-case search or a headquarters question into a building size. Those notes can sit in one sentence of context. The priced lines remain the building, the quantity, and the destination.

Project form

Three steps keep contact details, the building requirement, and the optional budget preference apart. The requirement text you type is not replaced by the summary.

  1. Contact
  2. Requirement
  3. Budget preference

Budget and supplier preference are added to the submitted requirement only. The box above stays as you typed it.
